Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Local Trusted Professionals Network™ (LTPN) is administered by Speed King Plumbing and Leak Locating in Tennessee, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Network administrator.

This policy covers the public Network directory and the administrator’s handling of related directory information, referral reporting, and communications. It does not replace the separate policies of member companies or the policies that apply to other Speed King website features and services.

Website policy information: this page describes our privacy practices and does not provide legal advice.

1. Information we handle

Business directory information

We maintain business names, service categories, descriptions, service areas, public phone numbers, website and contact links, logos, and listing preferences provided for the directory. Information displayed in an active listing is public. Administrative membership information and private access records are not part of the public directory.

Information you choose to send

If you email or call the Network administrator, we may receive your name, contact details, message, and any information you choose to provide.

Clicking a listed company’s Website or Contact button only opens that company’s website or contact page and sends click information to Speed King for referral tracking. The directory does not submit an inquiry or send your name, email address, phone number, message, or service request to the listed company.

If you later choose to submit information on that company’s website, send it an email, or place a call, that is a separate interaction governed by the company’s own practices. Opening its website also allows that site and its providers to receive the normal technical information associated with a website visit.

Referral counts

The directory records aggregate visits and actions, such as Website and Contact link clicks and Phone button taps. These records can include the date, referral source, destination company, action type, directory placement, and sharing channel, such as a business card, email, or text message. Referral identifiers in a link identify a source company or campaign, not an identified customer.

Our custom referral-count records do not store visitor names, email addresses, customer phone numbers, IP addresses, or customer account identifiers. A Phone button tap is not proof that a call connected, and a click is not proof of a booking, purchase, or completed job.

Page activity

We count public page loads and clicks between Network pages. These counters store the Network page, destination page, action type, date, and aggregate count, not visitor identities, search text, full URLs, or customer inquiry content. Speed King maintains these records privately for directory administration. Page loads are not unique visitor counts, and clicks are not delivered leads or completed work.

Technical information

Hosting, security, and communication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, requested URLs, and security logs when delivering the website, its directory data, or communications. This technical processing is separate from our aggregate referral-count records.

2. How we use information

The administrator can review aggregate referral reporting. A member’s private referral summary shows that member’s received-referral totals, not identified visitors or other members’ private received-referral reports.

We do not sell personal information or use this directory to serve targeted advertising.

3. Browser storage and cookies

The public directory uses browser session storage to remember whether a directory visit has already been counted for the current referral source and channel. This helps reduce duplicate visit counts. It does not create a customer account or place a customer identifier in our referral-count records. Session storage generally lasts for the browser tab or session.

The public directory does not require an account. The current page does not install advertising pixels or session-recording tools. Hosting and security services may use their own necessary cookies or technical mechanisms. Separate private member resources on the Speed King site use session cookies for authorized access and are also subject to that site’s applicable policies.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Clearing or blocking storage may affect visit counting or private session access. The directory is not configured to change its referral-counting behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting.

4. Sharing and service providers

Public directory information is visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Directory links do not forward inquiries or visitor contact details to member companies. We may disclose information you have provided to the administrator when you authorize it, when required by applicable law, or when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights.

Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Their processing is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Website and Contact buttons open member company websites or contact pages. Phone buttons open your device’s calling function for the listed number and record a button tap with Speed King. Neither type of button submits a customer inquiry through the directory. Any later website activity, information submission, or actual call is a separate interaction. Those companies and their providers control their own websites, forms, cookies, service records, and privacy practices.

5. Retention and security

We keep administrative and correspondence records as needed for the purpose for which they were received, legitimate recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. Aggregate referral totals may be retained long term for historical reporting. Removing an inactive business from the public directory does not automatically erase its administrative history or prior aggregate counts.

We use HTTPS and restricted administrative access to help protect information. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission, service, or storage system will remain secure.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

Contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request an available copy, correct an error, or request deletion or a listing change. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional access, portability, deletion, objection, or appeal rights.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to change a business listing. Some information may need to be retained for legal requirements or legitimate recordkeeping. Because referral counts are not assigned to identified customers, we may be unable to identify a particular person’s activity from those counts.

For information you provided directly to a member company, contact that company. If you believe we have not properly addressed a privacy request, contact us again with the reason for your concern. You may also have the right to contact the appropriate privacy authority.

7. Children’s privacy

The directory is a general-audience business resource, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the administrator, contact us so we can review and address it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as website practices or applicable requirements change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the affected change takes effect.
