1. What the directory provides

The website helps homeowners, property owners, managers, and referred customers discover and contact participating local service companies. It provides business information, contact links, and aggregate referral reporting.

The public directory is free to browse and does not require a customer account. This website does not take payment, submit customer inquiries to members, accept a job on a member’s behalf, or create a service contract merely because you view a listing or click a button. Any separate membership agreement or service agreement remains separate from these website terms.

2. Member companies

Member companies are separate businesses. Membership does not make a company an employee, agent, or representative of another member or of the Network administrator.

The company you hire is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, work, permits, applicable credentials, insurance, warranties, payments, and customer service. Before hiring, agree directly with that company on the work, price, timing, and any applicable warranty.

We do not control or guarantee another member’s work or accept responsibility for its service commitments simply because it appears in the directory. If you hire Speed King Plumbing and Leak Locating itself, its applicable service terms and stated warranties govern that work. These website terms do not cancel or change those commitments.

3. Listings and member review

We select members through the Network’s review process and aim to maintain accurate, useful listings. An “LTPN Member” label identifies a participating member company. It is not a government certification, a guarantee of every job outcome, or a representation that every credential remains unchanged. How We Choose Members explains the selection standards.

Business circumstances and requirements vary by trade and can change. Confirm credentials or insurance relevant to your particular work directly with the company. Prices, availability, services, and contact details should also be confirmed with that company.

We may correct, update, restrict, or remove a listing when information changes, a business becomes inactive, or membership requirements are not met. Report a listing error or concern to the administrator. We do not promise that every participating company will be available for every request.

4. Links and referral reporting

Website and Contact buttons open the listed company’s website or contact page through Speed King’s referral-reporting service. Click information goes to Speed King for tracking. The directory does not send your name, contact details, message, or service request to the company and does not submit a form on your behalf.

Phone buttons open your device’s calling function for the listed number and record a button tap with Speed King. Placing a call or submitting information on a company’s website is a separate action. Referral reports count directory activity, not verified calls, leads, sales, or completed work.

Member websites and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, transactions, or operation. A link does not make their promises our promises.

5. Acceptable use

You may browse the directory, share public directory links, and use the contact links for legitimate inquiries. If you arrange paid work, you must have legal capacity to make that agreement or act with the appropriate authorization.

Do not:

• Impersonate a company, customer, or administrator, or submit deceptive information.
• Use the directory for unlawful activity, harassment, scams, or unsolicited bulk marketing.
• Harvest directory information in bulk for unsolicited marketing or falsely present a copied directory as an official Network resource.
• Manipulate referral counts, interfere with the website, or bypass security or private access restrictions.
• Upload or distribute material that infringes someone else’s rights or compromises security.

These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing or sharing links to public pages.

6. Private member access

The public directory is separate from access-controlled member resources and the private Network framework. A public listing does not give a visitor permission to access private materials.

Private invitations, access links, and access-controlled framework materials may be used only by their authorized recipients. Do not forward a private invitation or share private access or materials without the administrator’s permission. Public directory links may be shared.

We may withdraw or restrict private access for unauthorized sharing, misuse, or a change in membership status. These terms do not promise that every unauthorized action will be detected or prevented automatically.

7. Content and trademarks

Network branding, website presentation, and original Network materials remain the property of their respective owners. Member names, logos, trademarks, and supplied materials remain the property of those members or their other rightful owners.

Viewing a listing does not transfer ownership or authorize you to use someone’s name or logo as an endorsement of your own business. You may use the directory for its intended purpose and share links to its public pages.

If you provide a listing or logo, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and allow the administrator to display and format it for the directory. You retain ownership of your supplied materials. Contact the administrator to request a correction or removal.

8. Availability and limits of liability

We provide the directory on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free listings, a particular referral volume, or a particular result from contacting or hiring a member. We may change or discontinue website features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator is not responsible for losses caused by another member company’s conduct, services, or website. To that same extent, the administrator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, this directory.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights, or limits responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other conduct for which applicable law does not allow a limitation.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will provide it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee and applicable United States law, except where mandatory protections in another jurisdiction apply. Any dispute remains subject to the jurisdiction of courts with lawful authority to hear it. These terms do not require arbitration or a class-action waiver.

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future.
