The Local Trusted Professionals Network™ connects customers with member companies serving Sevier County and the Great Smoky Mountains. Each company handles its own services, pricing, and availability.
For Professionals Making Referrals
Network members are selected for professionalism, reputation, and commitment to quality. Members are expected to respond within a reasonable business timeframe, communicate availability honestly, and explain the proposed work and pricing before it is authorized. When a referrer is identified and the customer agrees, the business receiving the inquiry will acknowledge the referral and provide a brief update when the work is completed or the request cannot be handled.

What does LTPN membership mean?
The company participates in the Network and its referral commitments. Read how we choose members.
Who should I call?
Start with the category that matches the work, then contact a listed member. Member companies are separate businesses, so confirm availability and the scope of work with them.
Do I contact members directly?
Yes. Call, visit the website, or use the contact link on a member card. The Network does not sell referrals.
What areas does the Network cover?
The Smoky Mountains and nearby East Tennessee communities. Coverage varies by member, so confirm your address and the service with the member.
Can I get same-day or urgent service?
Availability is set by each company and changes day to day. Call the member you choose, describe the problem, and ask what timing they can offer. The Network cannot promise urgent or same-day service.
How do pricing and estimates work?
Pricing depends on the member and the scope of the job. Members are expected to explain the proposed work and pricing before it is authorized, so ask for that explanation and approve it before work begins.
How do I check qualifications and reviews?
Ask the individual company about its credentials and look up its reviews yourself. Membership is not a blanket statement about licensing, insurance, or rankings for every member.
